Eat The Healthiest Parts First

If you’re concerned that you’re not eating a particularly healthy diet right now, try to make some changes with which foods you eat first when you sit down for a meal.

Ideally, you should have a vegetable with every meal that you eat. And as a good rule of thumb, try to eat that vegetable first before eating things like the carbs or sugar that might be on your plate.
